It isn't about football, for heaven's sake.

You must read all the way to the bottom, past the clutch of platitudes and homilies, to find the true meaning of this praiseworthy commitment to "inspiration," as accepted without question by the Tribune's reporter:

Chick-fil-A owners desire to inspire; Clarksville restaurant owners to bring in family from “The Blind Side” to share story

Proceeds from the event will go to ROCK: Reclaim Our Culture Kentuckiana. Haag said the restaurant decided to give the proceeds to the group because it shares a lot of the same themes as the event, which involves family and community.
That's right: Come to hear this wonderful story, and pay toward support of a lobby group that does not accept the separation of church and state, and which would gleefully assist in the establishment of Christian theocracy in America if only the gullible give them enough rope to hang the rest of us in the name of one or another deity.

Where's Tom Paine when we need him most?
