Cheaper than a "progressive" pint.

This reminds of of something from the 1980's. When the movie "The Last Temptation of Christ" was released churches received letters from both Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell telling us that if we sent them money right away we could end the scourge. I resisted the temptation.

It's funny (not in a comical way) how some folks use God to raise money. To sum it up simply. Ugh.

There's no point in wasting the entire sign on Rapture info. Might as well make a few bucks, too.

I'm wondering--WWJB (what would Jesus buy?)

When I see garbage like this I'm always reminded of the biblical account of Jesus entering the temple and throwing out the money changers in a fit of rage!

Regardless of whether or not he was real or a fictional character from someones imagination, I still hold to the theory that if humanity had followed the example of interaction with our fellows that was prescribed in his teachings, our world would be a much different environment to exist in.

We did not however choose this path and the legacy of greed and power for no other purpose than more greed and more power still rules the day. And way too many of us not only accept it but actively support it.
